The Brief

The first in a line of Redcomb Pubs, we were asked to design a venue and retail offer that would appeal to dinners and show investors what was possible with the correct team.

Our Solution

The solution was to work with the client and Punch Taverns to design an offer that had a synergy with the environment and make use of the passing trade on the Aylesbury Road. The venue is a country destination pub where people can meet to have a glass of wine and relaxed conversation. Studying the demographics of the area we knew that the use of quality materials in keeping with the building and social grade of the envisaged customers was paramount. We increased the number of covers inside and the size of the car park to cater to the demand that would be created.
