1. Briefing
Briefing is an exciting time. It provides us with the opportunity to gain insight into our clients’ operations, and secures a strong understanding of their business objectives and design requirements. It’s also a chance for clients to get a glimpse of our personality and to see how our team works.
By taking the time to sit down and share our clients’ visions, we have the opportunity to understand what is really important to them, who the customers are and what customers they wish to attract. Typical questions we’ll ask will cover objectives, budget, timing, competition, demographics and audience.
