2. Feasibility
Once the brief has been taken, we work to assess whether the project is viable. By liaising with planners, technical providers and local authorities, we do the legwork for you. We also consider factors such as minimizing or negating the environmental impact of the building, and energy efficiency.
When this is completed, we provide the client with a hard copy plan drawing with all feasibility aspects highlighted and separated out sheet by sheet, layer by layer. This gives a clear idea of what the space will look like, and how requirements will be met.
